How is your fee works ?

Payment charges a 2.9% fee from your Stripe account charge created within the app, regardless of whether it was a tap-to-pay charge or a charge with a card reader. 

When will I receive my money?

Usually, you can check on the status of your transfers at any time by visiting your stripe account: Stripe Balance & Payouts The timing of Stripe transfers depends on your status of your account, when you created it and how many charges you have collected. The first transfer may take up to 14 days, with subsequent transfers happening on a rolling 2 day basis. You can read more about transfers here: Stripe Transfers/Payouts documentation.

Do you have card readers?

We currently offer the Bluetooth BBPOS WisePad 3 and Wi-Fi BBPOS WisePOS E in the UK, PCI compliant reader that is pre-certified with Stripe. You can compare and order card readers to use with the app here: Card Reader Comparison.

If you purchased your reader directly from Stripe please see Terminal card reader returns If you purchased your reader via a YAMPOS platform and not directly from Stripe Please contact us by email support@yampos.com directly to request a return or refund of the Terminal reader.

Are there any monthly fees or limits?

Absolutely not. Charge as much as you'd like whenever you'd like. We understand that your income may change month to month, which is why it doesn't make sense to charge monthly minimums or subscription fees. 

Who do I contact for support then?

I accepted the Tap to Pay on iPhone Terms and Conditions with an Apple ID I don't want to use for my business. How do I change the Apple ID?

You can remove the existing Apple ID associated with your business, and then accept the Tap to Pay on iPhone Terms and Conditions again with your preferred Apple ID. - First, follow the link in your Tap to Pay on iPhone welcome email to sign in to Apple Business Register. Confirm your business information to see your Tap to Pay on iPhone connection and your Merchant ID. - From the list of Merchant IDs, select Remove and confirm to unlink the Apple ID from your business account. The next time you open your payments app, you will be prompted again to accept the Tap to Pay on iPhone Terms and Conditions. Accept the terms and conditions with your preferred Apple ID. 

Y-POS is a secure platform?

How can I update my name and bank details?

Yes, you can easily update your bank details or name on Y-POS. You have two simple options: Live Chat: Just start a conversation with us through our live chat, and our support team will help you update your details. We may ask for some additional verification to ensure your account stays secure. Fill a Form: If you prefer, you can fill out a secure form with the information you'd like to update. Once we receive and verify your request, we’ll confirm the changes. Rest assured, we take extra care to keep your account safe during any updates!
